When you submit the seller waitlist form, we collect:

• Username — the display name you want to use on StreamShop.
• Email address — used to contact you about your application.
• Content categories — the types of art or assets you create.
• Portfolio / social link — so we can review your work.

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any other personal data at this stage.

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Review your seller application.
• Email you about the outcome of your application.
• Send launch and early-access announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your application data is stored securely. We use industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. We retain your data for as long as your application is active, or until you request deletion.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data at any time.
• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from emails at any time.

This waitlist site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We may use a session cookie strictly necessary for the form to function correctly.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Joining the StreamShop seller waitlist does not guarantee you a seller account or early access. We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion.

By submitting the waitlist form you confirm that all information provided — including your username, email, and portfolio link — is accurate and belongs to you. Submitting false or misleading information will result in disqualification.

The waitlist application is free. No payment is required to apply, and no charges will be made before a seller account is formally opened and agreed to by both parties.

Applicants who are accepted from the waitlist will be offered a zero platform-fee arrangement for the lifetime of their account, subject to the full Terms of Service that will accompany account opening. This commitment applies only to the platform's revenue-share fee and does not cover third-party payment processing fees.

You retain full ownership of all creative work you submit or link to during the application process. StreamShop claims no rights to your portfolio, artwork, or any content you create.

StreamShop is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or the waitlist service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StreamShop is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
